1. Capital Market: Membership of National Stock exchange of India . (NSE)

2. Derivative Market: Membership of F&O Segment of National Stock exchange of
India . (NSE)

3. Trade Execution through VPN.

4. Commodity Exchange: The Group has taken the membership of NCDEX and
MCX, two national level commodity exchange through a separate company M/S ISF Commodities (P) Ltd.

5. Depository services from CDSL.

MANAGEMENT:

1. MR. AMARJIT SINGH: He is the chairman of the group and having vast experience
of more than 40 years in the field of Banking and finance, he is an ex-banker and hold
various senior positions in India and abroad.

2. MR. UDAYJIT SINGH: He is young and dynamic person, he has done his BBA
from Wharton Business School a very prestigious world-renowned business school.
He is Actively involved in formulating the business strategy of the group.

3. MR. B.K. SABHARWAL: He is the Director & CEO of the company and looks after all the business operations of the company; he has a vast experience or more than 30 years in various field of finance. He has been recently elected as member of ANMI (Association of NSE Members of India (NR)) and also chairman of its various Committees, he is also engaged in various social activities and member of various organization like Bhartiya Vitta salahakar samiti etc. He has delivered various lectures on stock markets to various CA study circles, Seminars.
